Background: Since graduating in 2015 with a Digital Media degree from ETSU, I've done a variety of work- both artistic and technical. My first job was at a small business doing photo restoration, video editing, and technical support. I moved to Atlanta in 2018 seeking new opportunities. I also tutor in a variety of subjects from reading to calculus.
I completed Georgia Tech's Coding Boot Camp in Full Stack Flex Web Development in 2020. Afterwards I was hired to work as a consultant with Talent Path in which I received more training in software development. During my time as a consultant with Talent Path, I was hired to work for TalkShopLive. As a client-side engineer at TalkShopLive, I worked on a variety of aspects of the live-shopping experience from video streaming to payment processing to product management. I have skills in React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Firebase, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, Express.js, Handelbars.js, GIT, Github, AJAX, REST, JSON, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator and InDesign.
I'm always looking for new things to learn or new problems to solve. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, acting, and SCUBA diving.
